Harry Mills

Ladies and gents.
As some of may know Young Harry mills was a Marlow under 12 player who sadly passed away last week, his funeral will be held on Thursday afternoon in Marlow.
The club has organised a wreath to be sent on behalf of everyone, but if you would care to make a donation to the charity or wish to visit the website please fee free.
Harry was a super young sportsman that played as many sports as he could be involved in. he will be sadly missed by so many. He was one of the players that took part in our junior festival and was in the winning Marlow team.
Our thought should go out to his parents and family at this time.

Thank you for coming to the Under 13's home page.
If you are an existing player then take a look at the match reports..did you get a mention last week?
We have a thriving squad of around 30 players but are always very happy to welcome players either new to the game or looking for a new club to play rugby.
Its a friendly squad and we play hard but enjoy our time together.
This year we are touring to Ireland for three days in April and expect to have a great time on and off the field of play!
The tabs next to this page indicate the contacts fixtures and other information available.
We look forward to welcoming you to our squad.
Best wishes
Ambrose

Aylesbury win convincingly at Bicester
After only a few minutes Jake Small broke through for a first try to put Aylesbury ahead inwhat was ahighly competitive and exciting fixture. This wasfollowedshortly after by a great run from Matt Deitz for a second try and it was then that Bicester counter attacked puttingsustained pressure on the A's in the2nd quarter but stoutly defended by AylesburyparticularlyAlasdairWilliams. A line out high jump from SamGreen nearly led to a further try after superb passing down the line. In the second halfwhilst Aylesburyfoughtrelentlessly Bicester broke through for a fast try and suddenly the game looked wide open.A's responded with anintelligentdouble act with Gaisford passing to Matt McGinn - the Aylesbury man of the match - to take a fast run try beneath the posts. Bicester scored another try but by this timeAylesburywhere really playing superbly and scored another two tries with a bold and forceful strike through by Max Plowman and a try run from the half way line byMurrayGaisford for his second of the day. GregJenkins converted 4 of the 5 tries and the team had a great game under their captain Ed Dean. This is a super result for theirconfidence as they go on to play Bletchley in the BucksPlate this coming Sunday at home.

Bucks Plate semi final
Aylesbury welcomed old rivals Bletchley on Sunday for what turned out to be a hard fought battle in the centre ground of the pitch for the majority of the game. The occasion had the players on edge and it took some time for the game to settle down with Bletchley applying the early pressure against A's, which very nearly resulted in an early try.Solid and committed defending from Max Plowman made a considerable difference to the quality of A's defence. Aylesbury regained their composure and with a consistent effort in scrums and line outs they steadily won back ground. This was complemented by some accurate kicking for touch by Greg Jenkins which gave A's significant distance advantage. Aylesbury made the pressure count though, when Murray Gaisford, completely committed through out the fixture and the Aylesbury man of the match - drove through the Bletchley line to crash done a try under the posts. Bletchley came back strongly but Aylesbury played the ball quickly down the line and onto the wing, creating chances , particularly for Matt Deitz and Evan Wakelam although this didn't result in further tries. A tough match full of tension but a fantastic win which takes A's into the Plate final on the 4th March.
